All PWR radiators are manufactured by hand from their state of art facilities on the Gold Coast. PWR produce all product from Hi-grade Aluminium incorporating a unique wider tube configuration and revolutionary louver fin design angle, which maximises the cooling efficiencies and disbursement of heat. With these characteristics each PWR radiator will deliver consistent durability, strength and performance for today’s demands.

PWR also specialises in custom units. If we don't have it listed we can make it to suit your specifications. We can manufacture a radiator from your sample, mud map, cardboard template or just simply send us your drawing.

PWR produce all products from high grade aluminium incorporating a unique wider dimpled tube configuration and revolutionary louver fin design angle, which maximises the cooling efficiencies and disbursement of heat.

PWR intercoolers are individually hand manufactured in Australia and can be custom designed to suit your requirements or if it’s a replacement cooler you’re after, one of our aftermarket upgrade designs are available.

PWR’s patented dimpled plate and fin transmission oil coolers are made from 100% aluminum to make them strong, lightweight and compact. They offer high heat transfer and easy mounting.

PWR Heat Exchanger radiators or LTR (low temperature radiator) are commonly used to intercool in-manifold water cooled supercharger and turbocharger systems with dedicated electric water pumps circulating the coolant.

It also supplies products to niche automotive OEMs and military markets.
