【COMPLETE ENGINE for FA20 2.2L STEP 1/2/3】
FA20 2.2L complete engine build with forced induction in mind. STEP 1 to 3 is available with a variety of specifications.
- Oil jets were added for piston cooling
- 0.5 oversize bore to improve cylinder accuracy. Adopt special low compression piston to match it
- ARP Strengthened Main Bolts
- Forged I-Beam Connecting Rods (STEP1) and Forged Crankshaft
- ACL Connecting Rod Bearings
- Grommet Gasket for improved combustion chamber sealing
- High Angle Camshafts to boost high end performance
- Strengthened close block (STEP2/3)
- Billet I-Beam Connecting Rods (STEP2/3)
- Oversize Head Bolts (STEP2/3)
- Berylium-Free Copper valve seat and phosphor bronze guides to improve heat dissipation (STEP2/3)
- Hand ported and polished intake and exhaust ports (STEP2/3)
- Welded water jacket holes and strengthened engine head (STEP3)

Please use designated head bolts and head gaskets for the complete engines.

- The stock parts not installed on the original short engine are not included.
- This product assumes that it can be used safely after assembly at HKS.

※1: BCNR33/BNR32 and BNR34 at exhaust side has different camshaft. HIGH RESPONSE specification individually set due to 34/33/32's crank damper pulley specification difference.
※2: The above FA engine camshaft is designed for FA20 (A to D). To be confirmed for later models.
